Today I ran with the Kingman Running Club - Kerry, Chris and Burt. We ran from the Gas 'N Grub on Hualapai Mtn Road - up to the Hualapai Mtn Ranger Station! It was an excellent run! I walked the last mile and a half - because, MAN, it was steep :-) Mileage was 11.1 and my total time was 2:10. Avg pace (according to my Garmin 205) was 11:42/mi. My fastest mile was mile 2 - I ran it in 9:56. What a GREAT way to start out the New Year!!! :-) - Cari

Welcome to the blog Cari! You have met, and run with, Burt, so you have been indoctrinated ... it is all downhill from here ;-).

Sounds like a great training run!! The rock-n-roll half will seem like childs-play to you after this run.

Oh yeah. Very funny James. You know, she still think I'm a decent member of society. Please don't ruin that image.
